Technology Introduction
Low-NOx combustion transformation adopts fuel and air classification technology. The structure ensures the uniformity of combustion air and fuel distribution, enabling the gas and central combustion air to be thoroughly mixed. Thus, the heat flux of the whole furnace chamber is stabilized, and the local high temperature is avoided, thereby reducing the emission of thermal NOx and prolonging the life of the combustor at the same time.
The matching low-NOx combustor adopts dense-lean combustion technology. The flame center adopts dense combustion, producing a reducing atmosphere and high reductibility hydrocarbon HCN, thus reducing and suppressing NOx generation by lean combustion at the flame periphery. The installation position of the reloading combustor will be adjusted appropriately according to the calculation needs.
CFD combustion simulation technology is an advanced technology that our company is ahead of other domestic companies and ensures our customized design. It uses the powerful calculation function of a computer and combines with computational fluid dynamics to simulate the operation of the combustor and combustion furnace (including the temperature field, flow field, flame shape, and combustion products in the furnace chamber).
