Our company has over ten years of experience supplying bag filter solutions, the majority of which include acid gas and heavy metal control.

Each bag filter design is an integral part of the overall air pollution control system, not just a particle collector. Filtration rates, gas distribution, cleaning controls, and other design criteria all play a role in removing acid gases, mercury, dioxins, and other contaminants. Guan Tong applies a complete systems approach to each project.

As with all engineered solutions, Guan Tong has focused on custom-designed equipment. These units can be retrofitted into existing facilities to minimize equipment footprint and steel weight. In addition to this, full shop assembly and insulated fabric filter modules can be provided to minimize site construction time and cost.

Bags and cages are the core of any bag filter system. Based on the process conditions and emission guarantees, selecting the correct material and ensuring the bag-cage fit and the bag-tube plate fit is necessary for proper system operation. If the bag service life is short, the pressure drop is high or does not meet the emission limits, and our technical experts can recommend the right bag material.
