Reactor

The reactor is an essential part of carbon black device, is a horizontal cylindrical reaction furnace as shown in the figure, its shell is also made of ordinary carbon steel plate rolled, the shell is usually masonry several layers of refractory and insulation materials to pass into the gas fuel or liquid fuel and air. Thus, in the combustion chamber, it will generate the formation of high-temperature rotating airflow. The raw material oil and atomized air, passing through the reaction chamber from the axial direction of the reactor, are fiercely mixed and absorb the heat energy of the high-temperature rotating flow so that the raw material oil mist reaches the cracking reaction temperature, and then is cracked in the reaction chamber to produce carbon black.
