Features of bag type dust filter

1. High dust removal efficiency: It can capture fine dust with particle size greater than 0.3 microns, and dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.9%.

2. Flexibility of use: The air volume can range from hundreds of cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour. Small dust filters can be shipped as a whole, while large dust filters are modularly designed and manufactured, saving the workload of on-site construction.

3. The structure of the bag filter is relatively simple, the operation is stable, the initial investment is less (compared with electric dust filter), and the maintenance is convenient. Therefore, the bag filter is widely used to eliminate dust pollution, improve the environment, recover materials, etc.

4. The service life of the current key filter material of the bag filter is generally more than two years and has a track record of up to 4-6 years of actual performance.

5. In dry and semi-dry desulfurization systems, it has the effect of further reducing the SO2 contained in the flue gas.
